Rye Country Day School seeks a dynamic, highly skilled, and visionary leader to serve as its Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management beginning July 1, 2022.

About the School

The School enrolls 940 students in grades PreK-12 from 96 different zip codes and 48 school districts in New York and Connecticut. 39% of the students self-identify as people of color, and 16% of all students receive need-based financial aid. Known for its excellent academic reputation and its broad co-curricular offerings and situated on an attractive 26-acre campus 25 miles from downtown Manhattan, RCDS enjoys selective admissions in a highly competitive market of well-regarded private and public school options.

About the Position

As the public face of the School with prospective families, the Director leads a six-person team, reports directly to the Head of School, and works closely with other administrative departments. Preferred candidates will have 5+ years of admissions management experience, thorough knowledge of enrollment management and financial aid best practices, an entrepreneurial spirit, a data-driven decision making style, and superior oral and written communication skills.
