About the Position

Visitation School seeks a Director of Finance and Operations to begin July 1, 2018. The Director reports directly to the Head of School, serves as a member of the leadership team, and has reporting responsibilities to the Board of Trustees. This position is responsible for the supervision of a comprehensive range of activities, including: Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Maintenance and Housekeeping, Technology, Food Services, and Transportation.

In addition to a commitment to Visitation’s mission and values, preferred candidates will possess: 5+ years of experience in a comparable business, educational or non-profit environment; strong accounting background; proven ability to manage staff; familiarity with plant and facilities operations; and positive collaborative and interpersonal skills.
