Judith Glickman is an educator with forty years of experience in public, international, and independent school education. Since 1968, when she first entered the classroom as an upper school biology teacher, Judith has served as head of school, district superintendent and educational consultant.
After consulting in Southeast Asia, Judith was Head of The American School in London for six years, and then repatriated to head Princeton Day School (NJ) for an interim year. She then became Head of La Jolla Country Day School (CA) for six years.
Judith holds a B.A. in Biology, an M.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California. She was a Klingenstein Visiting Fellow at Columbia University and a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Mills College. She serves as a trustee and former Board Chair of the Fort Mason Center in San Francisco and as a trustee of the French American International School in San Francisco.
Judith joined EC in 2008 and conducts searches for heads, executive directors, and senior administrators, and assists schools and other not-for-profit organizations in strategic thinking and planning, governance, executive coaching and management audits.
